Angel Accelerator

Master the fundamentals of venture capital and angel investing to confidently evaluate deals and make smarter investment decisions. This course is suitable for new and experienced angel/vc investors as well as for founders who want to learn how investors evaluate deals.

What you get: Angel Accelerator 501 is the introductory overview to angel investing. You'll get a high level overview about venture capital funds and how they work vs. SPV models, how to evaluate deals, portfolio theory, valuation, the importance of exit strategies, syndication benefits, tax strategies and economic development incentives for investors. You'll get real life stories and

After taking the 501 class, you can progress to the deep dive classes on valuation, term sheets, exits, due diligence and more to flesh out your venture capital education.

Hyper members will have access to mentors for each segment and all Pro/Hyper members have access to bi-monthly mastermind sessions where we answer all your questions that came up during the classes, and discuss advanced or current topics in venture capital.

Hyper members will have a chance to present and defend their deliverables from each class. e.g. give their pitch and get critique, present their valuation models, exit strategies, etc.

Pitch Academy

The Art of giving the best pitch possible - that really captures investor interest. The RVC Pitch Academy is a half-day workshop designed to do much more than just polish a founder’s pitch and presentation skills. From delivering a compelling presentation to negotiating a successful deal, this workshop will prepare founders to understand many of the terms and processes used by VCs and sharpen their venture strategy.
